This notice covers the public service inquiry, fit-call request, and referral features on this website.
Fit-call requests also include your preferred date and time in MST. These details are stored with your inquiry and used to arrange a call; submitting the form does not reserve an appointment.
What you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, service preference, and a description of the task. Business details and referral names or codes are optional. The selected service and referral details are included with your inquiry.
How the inquiry is handled
EraBuilt uses these details to review fit, respond to your request, and manage any follow-up about working together. Inquiries are stored in EraBuilt’s lead-management system using Supabase. If email notifications are configured, the inquiry is also sent to EraBuilt through Resend.
Submitting an inquiry is not a newsletter subscription, a booking, or a payment. The public inquiry form does not send your message to an AI model for processing.
Referral links
A referral link contains the name or code entered by its creator. Anyone who receives the link can see that value, and URLs may be retained in browser history or hosting logs. Use a public name or code, not private information. The recipient can change or remove the referral before submitting their inquiry.
Keep sensitive information out
Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive material. If a project needs access to work files or AI tools, we will agree on an appropriate approach separately before you share them.

Email hello@erabuilt.tech to ask about the information in your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. Please identify the email address used to contact EraBuilt.
Other services
This notice is specific to the public inquiry and referral flow. Separate terms and data-handling arrangements may apply to an agreed project, client portal, scheduling service, or payment provider.
